An important component of the junior curriculum in both the history and English classroom is the historical and contemporary issue of civil rights.  In order to help students more fully understand the origins, major events, and lasting impact of the American civil rights movement, we will travel to sights where the movement began, acquired momentum and gained the attention of the world.  Additionally, we will take advantage of the opportunity to see, investigate, and experience the application of math and physics to our everyday lives and the technologies that have become so important to our society by visiting the NASA Space Center and the Tuskegee Institute February 27-March 3   2nd payment was

December 1.

Final payment is due February 2.
