| Drew, Sean, Anthony, Taylor under a Ponderosa Pine outside our hotel (Indian Hills). We arrived in Taos at 8:00AM Central Time, before our rooms were open. We had breakfast outside and decided to head for the Rio Grande Gorge. | Buffalo painting on the outside of Lawrence’s cabin, painted by Trinidod Achulera in 1934. | This is the Lawrence Tree, outside the cabin Lawrence would spend months writing, on the Lawrence Ranch. Georgia O’keefe, a friend of D.H.Lawrence, painted the tree and gave it the name the Lawrence tree. |
