We live in San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio is on the South Texan Plains. It is very flat with few hills. Near San Antonio is the Edwards Aquifer. This is a huge area where porous limestone lies just below the surface. When it rains, the limestone fills with water. San Antonio’s water supply comes from the Edwards Aquifer.
