ISA 2007 – 2008 Shadow Program for Current 8th Graders* (Students interested in enrolling as a Freshman in 2008-2009) Please choose a shadow date**: Thursday, November 15, 2007 Friday, November 30, 2007 Tuesday, December 4, 2007 Thursday, December 6, 2007 Friday, December 14, 2007 Thursday, January 24, 2008 Friday, February 1, 2008 All shadow dates meet from 8:30 to 10:30 AM. Both parents and students are invited and encouraged to attend. Please sign in at the ISA Main Office on your shadow date. How do I sign-up to Shadow? Option 1: Please e-mail Mr. Paul Smith, ISA Assistant Principal, at psmith2@neisd.net as soon as possible with three possible shadowing dates. Please include:
Mr. Smith will send a confirmation e-mail if there is space available on one of the dates you request. Option 2: Please select three possible shadowing dates and fax or mail this form to ISA as soon as possible. You will receive confirmation of your shadow date by telephone, fax, or e-mail based upon the information you provide. · Due to facility restraints, only 25 students can shadow each day. · Due to the popularity of the shadow program, shadow dates are limited to only current 8th graders. · Slots for shadow dates are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will accommodate specific date requests whenever possible, but are unable to guarantee any date.
