Acceptance Letter

When were students informed of the lottery results?

On Friday, February 8th students whose names were drawn in the lottery received a phone call from their ISA advisor.  If you did not receive a phone call and you would like to confirm that your student’s name was not drawn, you may call Patty Tamez at 356-0900 and press 0, beginning on Monday, February 11th

If my student’s name was drawn in the lottery, do I need to do anything to confirm the seat?

Yes.  Your student will receive a letter in the mail from the ISA Faculty.  Included in the letter is a postcard that needs to be returned to ISA indicating if you are accepting or declining the seat. You may mail, hand deliver, or fax (442-0409) the card to ISA.

If my student’s name was not drawn, how do I get on the waiting list?

You will receive a letter in the mail this week confirming that your student’s name was not drawn.  Included in the letter is a postcard that needs to be returned to ISA by Friday, February 22, 5PM. if you would like your students name to be included in the Waiting List Lottery.  You may mail, hand deliver, or fax (442-0409) the card to ISA.

When can I call to find out where my student is on the Waiting List?

Families may call beginning Monday, March 4th to find out the results of the Waiting List Lottery.
