Screening Information for NEISD

Vision Screening: Grades Pre-K, K, 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9

Hearing Screening: Grades Pre-K, K, 1, 3, and 5

Dental Screening: Grade 3

Height & Weight: Grades Pre-K, K, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

Spinal Screening: Grades 5 and 8

Acanthosis Nigricans Screening: Grades 1, 3, 5, and 7

**Parents will be notified by the school nurse should a problem be noted in any of the screenings.**
