Curriculum
Our math curriculum is designed to help your child's basic development, problem solving, and critical thinking skills through the use of manipulatives and real life experiences.
Our language arts program is based on the Four Blocks Model of Literacy. Our children receive small group reading instruction, participate in independent reading, work with phonics, and write every day. The language arts curriculum combines listening, speaking, spelling skills, reading, and writing throughout the school day.
Our social studies and science units are taught throughout the year and are integrated into our language arts and math blocks. The students use textbooks, literature books, and hands-on activities to develop their skills and build concepts.
