Multiliteracy Night @Tex Hill - Graphic.png

The Tex Hill Community is invited to attend our unique Multiliteracy Night!

This evening event is an opportunity for parents to learn about the variety of digital resources, multimedia applications, and tech tools utilized @Tex Hill to develop our students’ 21st Century Literacy skills. Your Tex Hill student is also welcome!

The Book Fair will also be open late that night to accommodate browsing and shopping between sessions! Food trucks available from 5:00 - 7:30 PM for family dining a la truck!

The Multiliteracy Night will offer 4 30-minute session menu choices repeated 4 times, so you can pick and choose to attend any session in any order!

TURKEY TIME (Student Holiday):
November 26th - 28th


On November 24th and 25th Tex Hill Middle School Teachers will have two teacher choice days for professional development, there will be no school for students. Continuing on November 26th - 28th there will be no school due to a student holiday. School will return to session on Dec. 1st, 2014.



Presidential Volunteer Service Award (PVSA):

Earn your PVSA hours and log them at www.presidentialserviceawards.gov. The collection time for your service hours runs from April 1, 2014 - March 31, 2015.

All Tex Hill Middle School students are encouraged to participate.

Tennis season is near. Parent meeting is December 3 and tryouts will begin the week of December 8th.

Monday 12/8: 8th grade boys
Tuesday 12/9: 8th grade girls
Wednesday 12/10: 7th grade boys
Thursday 12/11: 7th grade girls


Girls Basketball Try-outs

When: November 18 and 19 (Must be present both days)

Time: 7th Grade @6:30 – 8:00am 8th Grade @3:35 – 5:45pm

*You must have a current physical on file with the coaches in order to tryout.

When: Monday night, Nov. 17th
Where: Off-Campus Location (See Coach James in room D200 for details)
Time: 7pm-8:15pm
