Our Lighthouse Team has met several times since being inaugurated. We have worked on developing our 3 year plan and goals for our campus. Our goals for a campus have been shared with the teachers and you can see changes already occuring around the Forest. As you walk through the hallways you shall see "Leader" inspired bulletin boards, "Leadership" quotes appearing in hallways and "leader" roles appearing in the classroom. You will also hear our school mission statement being said daily on the announcements. We are proud to be a Leader in Me school and our goal is to be a "Lighthouse School" to shine the way for our students and for other schools.

Today, the Lighthouse Team, met for the first time to discuss and map out our vision of becoming a Leader in Me Lighthouse School. Teachers have been implementing the language of the 7 Habits in their classroom and now we are ready to continue to grow in our classrooms and beyond. We look forward to our entire community joining with us on this adventure. It will take all of us - the students, teachers, staff, parents and community - to work together to reach this goal.
