**The Fire Drill Record is to be maintained and kept on your campus for inspection by local fire department officials. Submit the Quarterly Reports to the NEISD Safety Office by the above due dates. The quarterly reports are submitted by the Safety Office to the respective city Fire Marshalls' Offices. The Fire Exit Drills & Fire Prevention Education in Schools form (white) must be submitted to the Safety Office by the above due date. This form is filed in the Safety Office. A copy may be kept by the campus.

Please make sure that you turn in the original color-coded Quarterly Report by the due dates because these forms must be sent to the Fire Marshals' Offices.

All materials were delivered to the campus Principal at the beginning of the school year with the 2012-2013 forms by internal mail. If you did not receive the forms, please contact Carmen Flores at (cflore@neisd.net)
