**The district has set a new start time for the four schools who are housing other students. By staggering the start times, they can be sure that siblings can ride on the same bus to and from school, regardless of where they attend. This decision was made with much thought and the district feels it is the best decision for families.

Hardy Oak is Proactive
We recycle year round! Our student council students collect papers from the classrooms every week to take to the recycle bin. We have a huge recycling bin located in the back parking lot, which is open to the public and recycles paper goods. Please feel free to use our bin and bring paper goods including newspapers. The students also recycle plastic at lunch in order to support a greener Earth!

Begin With the End in Mind
All children at Hardy Oak have a leadership journal. In this leadership journal, the students make goals and update their goals every nine weeks. Make sure you discuss your children's goals with them on a regular basis to help them be successful.
