The middle school
counselor, under the direction of the school principal and functioning
as a member of the administrative team, is the professional staff member
primarily responsible for educational, career and personal guidance and
counseling for all students. The counselor spends the major
portion of time counseling the emerging adolescent during the
transitional years when students face unique personal, social, and
emotional problems. |
