| Currently Enrolled Students:
A computer-generated letter will notify
parents of students whose immunizations become delinquent during the
school year. The letter will be mailed to the address listed for
your student in our computer. The Parent Portal will also send
notifications to those parents utilizing the portal. Please note
the exclusion date on the notification. The GMS Clinic staff
will make every effort to inform you of the delinquency, however it is
ultimately up to the parent to have immunizations updated and proof
sent to the school clinic. Proof must be received prior to the
exclusion date for a student to be admitted to class on exclusion day. |
