Registration Information
To register at Fox Run, you will need the following items:
1. Official Birth Certificate (hospital birth certificate not acceptable)
2. Proof of Residence (current utility bill (SAWS or CPS), lease or contract of your home)
3. Immunization record
4. Social Security card
5. Previous school record or report card
