School Background Fox Run Elementary was built in 1990 as a result of a construction bond approved by the voters of the North East Independent School District. The school is located in the northeast sector of the city bordered by highway 1604 to the North and interstate highway 35 to the East. It is within 20 minutes driving time to most parts of San Antonio. Fox Run is in the community of the Fox Run subdivision, but serves several other communities as well.
