Lee-Ettes Awarded Line of Champions!

The Rebel Rousers, Drillers and Confederettes had amazing performances and success at the 2014 ShowMakers Competition held at O'Connor High School March 1. The Rebel Rousers received 1st place in Kick, 1st place in Jazz and 1st place in Hip Hop. They also received the Top Choreography Award in all three routines, Outstanding Showmanship Award in all three routines, Outstanding Technique Award in Hip Hop, Outstanding Team Precision Award in Hip Hop and Jazz, the Overall Entertainment Award in Hip Hop, and Judge's Award for scoring 90's and above on all three routines. Lieutenant Alexia Cardona received 6th place and Solo Finalist in the High School category. Overall, the Rebel Rousers received Best in Class Team and Line of Champions which is awarded to the highest scoring teams in the entire Small Varsity division.

The Dixie Drillers came home with1st place in Pom, 1st place in Military and 1st place in Jazz. They also received the Top Choreography Award in all three routines, Outstanding Showmanship Award in all three routines, Outstanding Technique Award in Military, Outstanding Team Precision Award in Pom and Military, the Overall Entertainment Award in Military, and Judge's Award for scoring 90's and above on all three routines.Overall, the Dixie Drillers received Best in Class Team and Line of Champions which is awarded to the highest scoring teams in the entire Junior Varsity division.

The Confederettes received 1st place in Pom and 1st place in Jazz. They also received a double division Award for scoring 85's and above for both routines, Outstanding Showmanship Award for both routines, and the Top Choreography Award for both routines.

Overall these ladies and gentlemen swept the competition bringing home EIGHT 1st place trophies!
