North East Journalism Shines in National Contest

Each year the American Scholastic Press Association reviews thousands of yearbooks, literary magazines and newspapers from journalism programs throughout the country. The Scholastic Review and Contest participants include middle school, high school and collegiate programs.  Each school receives a review of the page design, story layout, graphics, cover design, photography and other features along with a score awarding  the publication  first, second or third place.  School publications with special and outstanding design and content receive“First Place with Special Merit” recognition.
