Consult and communicate with  parents/ faculty/ staff/community
Utilize appropriate guidance materials
Coordinate activities with school curriculum and essential elements
Meet individually with students
Discusse common concerns within small groups
Lead classroom guidance activities
Prepare for group testing programs (ability, achievement and competency)
Assist in the referral process for special programs
Offer parenting workshops
