About ETA
The Engineering and Technologies Academy provides students with the
individual attention they need to master the curriculum and reach their
full potential through our program. Opportunities are provided for building
teamwork, problem solving, communication and creativity skills. The Academy
will also engage students in engineering processes used in the industry.
Students will develop an understanding of the engineering
field of study for the particular course they are engaged in.
Students will learn about and use the latest software or
processes used in the engineering and technologies industry.
Problem Solving:
Students are challenged in a project-based learning environment
by applying their knowledge and experience to create a solution.
Students will be instructed in an integrated academic
environment to help create and deliver a final project.
Students will develop working skills and become prepared for
higher education opportunities.
Student opportunities include: Scholarships, internships,
college credits, youth leadership programs, community service
activities, Technology Student Association membership and competitions.
