Lesson Title: Living and Nonliving Software Application(s): Excel
Directions: 2. Count the number of L's and N's and type in the number next to each word Living or Nonliving. The graph will appear automatically. 3. Discuss properties of the living objects and type in a sentence or phrase that tells how the living things are alike. 4. Click the tab at the bottom of the worksheet that is named "Your Turn". This blank template can be used to type and enter names of living and nonliving things. Graphs will automatically be created with this data. This can be done as a whole class, in partners, or as individuals. Critical information can then be gathered using the graphs. |
