AFTER SCHOOL TEACHER/DIRECTOR KIN NETWORK
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (PART-TIME POSITION)
COMMUNITY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree a plus
Ability to direct small staff (4-12 people) and function as a integral part of a team
Supervisory experience
Effective oral and written communication skills with both adults and children
Experience working with children
Possess good organizational and problem solving skills
Strong academic background
Valid Texas Driver's License with driving record that meets the requirements of the District

MAJOR PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct the organization of facilities and materials at program site
Direct staff in planning and implementing all day activities
Coordinate on going staff training
Maintain communication among staff meetings
Customize curriculum
Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assigned

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

HOURLY:
$18.00 PAY GRADE: I-5 WORK DAYS: 180
