KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Items needed are:
Proof of Residence (current water/electric bill or lease)
Immunization Records
Social Security Card
Birth Certificate (hospital/baptismal certificates not accepted)
Photo ID of the person enrolling student
