The new student registration is on August 15 and 16
from 8:30 - 11:30a.m. and 1:00- 3:30p.m.
Be prepared for new student registration. Come pick up a new stud
ent registration packet as soon as possible. The counseling office is open until June 6 and will re-open on August 7.

ITEMS
NEEDED FOR REGISTRATION
1.
PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST REGISTER THE STUDENT.
(If not the natural parent, guardian must clear through pupil personnel
at central office.) 804-7070.
For
an apartment, a current lease with
student’s name appearing on the lease. For
a house, a lease or current utility bill (CPS or SAWS) is required.
(A driver’s license is not acceptable.)
If
the child is living in a residence other than the parent’s, the owner/leaser
of the residence must be present at registration to establish proof of residency
on a notarized form.
This
is required for all students to verify proof of age and legal name.
Official name change documents, signed by judge, notarized, required on
file if name is different from birth certificate or social security card.
