Do NOT send your child to school if they have a fever or the FLU! If your child is sick, they need to be FEVER FREE WITHOUT MEDICINE FOR 24 HOURS before they can return to school. Please use Kleenhanz and sanitizer, they are provided in each class. And of course, wash your hands regularly.

IF YOUR CHILD RECIEVES ANY IMMUNIZATIONS PLEASE PROVIDE THE EISENHOWER CLINIC WITH A COPY OF THE RECORD. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE COPIES OF SHOTS FROM THE DOCTOR'S OR HEALTH DEPARTMENT, IT CAN CAUSE FUTURE MIX UPS AND ACCIDENTS THAT DON'T COMPLY WITH EISENHOWER M.S.
