Project Details
The area that currently serves the Police Department will be expanded and renovated to support revised police department staffing and program requirements; the lobby and common areas (restroom facility, lounge) will be upgraded to comply with city code and ADA requirements. This project will provide for the following interior and exterior facility renovations and upgrades: (1) rooftop HVAC equipment replacement, (2) selective demolition of interior wall partitions – police department, (3) new interior wall partitions based on overall master plan layout, (4) interior finish-out work including flooring, painting, ceiling tile and lighting upgrades (5) restroom facility renovations to support ADA requirements, and (6) renovations to the main facility training/conference room.

1 The Bond Planning Estimate represents the original bond program costs developed during the bond planning meetings (November 2006 through February 2007) for each project and includes: Design Fees, Construction Costs, Technology Equipment and Installation, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment and Construction Management Costs. The School Board "approved" construction budget can be found in the project Bid Award Agenda Item and represents any/all changes to the project resulting from the design development process and/or construction marketplace and inflation costs. Current Program Costs for each project are summarized in the 2007 Bond Budget Report.
