Athletic & Fine Arts Additions / Renovations
Scope: |
The design provides for a phased construction approach which includes: (1) construction of a new Fine Arts facility, (2) construction of a new Athletic Facility, (3) relocation and reconstruction of the existing soccer field and practice football field to facilitate the optimal location for siting the new Athletic Facility, (4) relocation of reconstruction the existing six tennis courts to facilitate the optimal location for siting the new Fine Arts Facility, (5) demolition of the existing auditorium and construction of a new outdoor courtyard adjacent to the new Fine Arts facility, (6) construction of an outdoor concession stand and restroom facility adjacent to the new Athletic Facility to service the competition athletic fields, (7) construction of parking lots, fire lanes and associated hardscape to support both new facilities, and (8) site landscaping and irrigation. |

1 The Bond Planning Estimate represents the original bond program costs developed during the bond planning meetings (November 2006 through February 2007) for each project and includes: Design Fees, Construction Costs, Technology Equipment and Installation, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment and Construction Management Costs. The School Board "approved" construction budget can be found in the project Bid Award Agenda Item and represents any/all changes to the project resulting from the design development process and/or construction marketplace and inflation costs. Current Program Costs for each project are summarized in the 2007 Bond Budget Report.
