Major Classroom Addition: New Academic Areas (New Science Department with 14 Science Classrooms/Labs, 7 Prep/Storage Rooms, and 1 Departmental Teacher Resource Center; Renovate / Convert Existing Science Labs to Classrooms "as needed"; and 1 New Computer Science Lab), New Kitchen & Cafeteria Dining Area (Build New Kitchen in lieu of renovation, Build New Cafeteria Dining Area in lieu of renovation, and Re-develop New Outside Courtyard Dining Areas), Site Work & Hardscape Improvements (Relocate Bus Loop Area, Construct Covered Walkway for Student Drop Off / Pick Up, and Construct New Entry Plaza with Covered Walkways at Parent Loop for Drop Off / Pick Up), Construct New Band Marching Area in lieu of renovation, and Construct Additional Satellite Parking Lot (Expand Campus Parking Capacity by Constructing New Parking Area in vicinity of Athletic Fields)

1 The Bond Planning Estimate represents the original bond program costs developed during the bond planning meetings (November 2006 through February 2007) for each project and includes: Design Fees, Construction Costs, Technology Equipment and Installation, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment and Construction Management Costs. The School Board "approved" construction budget can be found in the project Bid Award Agenda Item and represents any/all changes to the project resulting from the design development process and/or construction marketplace and inflation costs. Current Program Costs for each project are summarized in the 2007 Bond Budget Report.
