Scope: |
This project will provide for the following: (1) construction of a new clinic (~637 sq. ft.), (2) conversion of the existing clinic into administrative office space and relocation /construction of the principal’s office to improve the overall function and layout of the campus administrative area, (3) expansion (~1,128 sq. ft.) and renovation of the existing kitchen facility including a new equipment package and (4) selective exterior/interior wall demolition and reconstruction at four school entrances to alleviate moisture/drainage concerns. |
