North East Independent School District has executed the following capital improvement bond programs: 1995, 1998, 2003, 2007, and the 2010 QSC Bond. The bond programs have focused on growth, replacements, major additions/renovations, science programs, technology, extracurricular programs, HVAC upgrades, roofing, and athletics. Starting with the 2003 Bond Program, the District’s Board of Trustes appointed a Citizens' Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC) to ensure accountability and fiscal responsibility.
