Four recent Bond Programs for the North East Independent School District have been executed including: 1995, 1998, 2003, and 2007. These bonds have focused on growth, replacements, major additions/renovations, science programs, technology, extracurricular programs, HVAC upgrades, roofing, and athletics. Starting with the 2003 Bond Program, the District’s Board of Trustees appointed a Citizens' Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC) to ensure accountability and fiscal responsibility.
