COKER ELEMENTARY BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT PLAN
SCHOOL RULES:

TEACHER
INTERVENTION STEPS: The
conduct calendar will be marked each time the student advances to another
intervention level for persistent Minor Offenses (excessive talking,
out of seat, horseplay, off task, gum, etc…). Warnings are
given before a calendar is marked.

Offenses: (profanity, cheating, rough housing, teasing, etc…) Automatic

Offenses: (fighting, intentional bodily injury, bullying, theft,
drugs, sexual matters) A student may be sent to the office immediately on
an Automatic Office Referral for displaying inappropriate behavior that is in
violation of the NEISD Student Code of Conduct.

TEACHER COMMENT CODES:
The following comment codes are used on the NEISD report card. Behaviors that impact the conduct grade and equal one step are noted by an asterisk (*). The other “Needs Improvement In” comment codes are work habits. Five work habit codes equal one step when calculating the conduct grade.

**PARENTS/GUARDIANS WILL REVIEW AND SIGN THE CONDUCT CALENDAR EVERY FRIDAY. CALENDARS WILL BE CHECKED ON MONDAY FOR SIGNATURES.
