Our goal is to make students successful in their own transition back into the general population and life after high school. At the Student Support Center, Center School, AIC, CIC, Intervention team and the North East Transition School (NETS), we are supporting students as they reach for and realize these goals--at work, at home, at school and around San Antonio.

i - TEAM Mission Statement
We shall, through modeling, coaching, data collection, analysis, and consultative interventions, build capacity in the home campus educational team to promote development of strategies which foster the student’s behavioral and academic successes in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE)
Consulting is collaborative problem solving.
Consulting is:
- Based on mutual trust
- Generates commitment to an intervention plan
- Results in change
Collaborative Interventions include:
- Planning
- Modeling Strategies
- Coaching
- Supervising Application of Strategies
- Retroceding
North East ISD Behavior Support
Level I – Support on Campus
Level II – Behavior Interventionist Support
Level III – iTEAM Support
Data indicates that student progress continues to be unsuccessful
Student Code of Conduct, general education discipline and BIP in place
Levels 1 and 2 instituted prior to referral
Referral for iTEAM support
Consult with staff and gather data
Observe student
Collaborate with staff to develop a plan
Convene with staff to review/implement recommendations
iTEAM will remain 3-6 weeks on campus: model, coach, support the campus staff, fade, and retrocede
