Our goal is to make students successful in their own transition back into the general population and life after high school. At the Student Support Center, Center School, AIC, CIC, Intervention team and the North East Transition School (NETS), we are supporting students as they reach for and realize these goals--at work, at home, at school and around San Antonio.
