The purpose of the National Junior Honor Society is “to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote leadership, to develop character, and to encourage citizenship in the students of Barbara Bush Middle School”

 - (NJHS Constitution). 

Member Requirements:

 7th and 8th graders with a 90 or above average, exemplary behavior, demonstrate service, high standards of character, and citizenship may be invited in the spring semester.

 *Maintain a 90 or above average
*Attend NJHS meetings
*Earn Service Hours
