Jan Greeman is the Librarian for all students at Bush Middle School.  Her philosophy about the Library revolves around the ultimate goal of developing students who are life long learners and contributing members of society.

Jan received her Bachelors in Education from the University of Houston and taught several years in Houston and San Antonio.  She received her Library Learning Resource Endorsement in 1997 and has worked in North East libraries since.  She came to Bush in the fall of 1999 and loves being here.

Activities on campus, besides serving over 1450 students and 130 faculty and staff, include being a member of the Technology Team, Team Leaders and Department Head committees.

Jan is married to Dr. Tresy Greeman, Doctor of Optometry.  They have one grown son, Dr. Kevin Greeman and wife Meredith. Kevin and his father practice together here in San Antonio. Meredith manages The Faust Hotel, owned by her father, in New Braunfels.

Together, her family enjoys boating, fishing, and outdoor activities.
