Bulverde Creek Elementary
New Student Registration 

 The following items are needed for registration:

1. State Issued Birth Certificate
2. Current Shot Record
3. Student’s Social Security Card
4. Parent’s Driver’s License
5. Proof of Residence (current water/electric bill or  lease agreement on apartment/house)
6. Parent or Legal Guardian Must Register the Student

Please let your neighbors know about our upcoming registration. Call the school office at 491-8325 if you have any questions.

 Items needed for registration:

1.  Parent or legal guardian must register the student.  If not the natural parent, guardian must clear through Pupil Personnel at 804-7070.

2.  Proof of Residency.  Must be the entire bill of a current water or electric bill or current lease or contract on an apartment or house.  Driver's license is not acceptable as proof of residence.

3.  State issued birth certificate.

4.  Current shot record.  (NEISD Immunization requirements)

5.  Student's social security card or Texas state id number is requested.

6.  Last report card or withdrawal form from previous school.

7.  Copy of parent's driver's license.
