Cindy Fairall BILL BOYD

Hobbs High School in Hobbs, New Mexico is my high school alma mater. Many people know Hobbs for being a top ranked basketball program in the United States. We were state champions all three years that I was in high school. I attended New Mexico State University, in Las Cruces, New Mexico and obtained my Bachelors of Science in Education and my Masters of Arts in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Many people do not know that New Mexico State University's mascot is the "Aggie". I continued my educational career after moving to San Antonio at the University of Texas at San Antonio receiving my Mid Management certification.

North East Independent School District Experience

I started teaching at Ridgeview Elementary with the "Life Experience Program", for Down Syndrome students. Ridgeview was my first administrative assignment. From Ridgeview I moved to the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent at Central Office. After completing that assignment I went to MacArthur High School as an assistant principal. In 1989, I became principal of Garner Middle School, then moved to Bradley Middle School as principal, and on to Reagan High School as principal until 2013.
