Students at Longs Creek Elementary participated in the "Jumping Through Hoops" event to learn the importance of physical fitness, disease prevention and community service. Students rotated through a variety of jump rope, hula hoop and basketball stations. "Jumping Through Hoops" is a tradition for the Longs Creek campus and is based off of the American Heart Association's Jump Rope and Hoops For Heart events.
