Oak Grove receives $1,500 from HEB

As the winner of HEB's Sampling Showcase, Oak Grove Elementary School was paid a visit by HEB representatives on March 7. The campus was presented a check for $1,500. Oak Grove will set aside this money and use it towards building a track in the back field for the surrounding community.

On Feb. 19, Oak Grove Elementary School families participated in HEB's Sampling Showcase. The school was invited to compete with a neighboring elementary - Serna Elementary School - to bring as many parents and students to the HEB on Thousand Oaks and Perrin-Beitel. For every family who turned in a completed sampling passport HEB would donate $10. Congratulations to the entire Oak Grove family for making this happen.
