Reagan UIL Students Advance to State

Congratulations to the Ronald Reagan High School UIL Academic students for winning first place sweepstakes at regionals at the University of Texas-San Antonio this past Friday and Saturday. Students who compete in University Interscholastic League (UIL) are exposed to rigorous contests, which build upon the skills developed in the classroom. Students must not only demonstrate mastery of the knowledge but they are “challenged to think critically and creatively.” The Texas Interscholastic League awards scholarships ranging from $500 per year to $20,000 for four years.
