Thousand Oaks supports pasta for pennies

Thousand Oaks Elementary Student Council will be supporting the 18th annual Pasta for Pennies Program presented by Olive Garden.

 

Pasta for Pennies is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) School & Youth Program that takes place over a three- week period during the school year and encourages students to collect spare change to support the LLS’s mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and Hodgkin’s disease and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Thousand Oaks Student Council will collect pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, or more to assist in the fundraising efforts of LLS through Friday, December 9, 2011.
