Roan Forest celebrates Dr. Seuss

On March 6, Roan Forest second graders celebrated Dr. Seuss by performing the musical Seussical, Jr. The show is based on favorite Dr. Seuss books such as "Oh, The Thinks You Can Think!," "Horton Hears a Who," "McElligot's Pool," "I Had Trouble Getting to Solla Sollew," and "Green Eggs and Ham."

The program also contributed to celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday. Administrators said the students did a wonderful job singing, dancing and having speaking parts dressed as their favorite Dr. Seuss character.
