olmos enjoys the beauty of art at the mcnay

Forty two Olmos Elementary School Owls had an amazing time visiting the McNay on May 2.

The campus was privileged to have the McNay tour guides show them around the museum. They were very appreciative because the museum helped the students' young minds flourish by asking questions and having them make connections between geometry, the arts and their lives.

The parent volunteers and teachers had a fantastic time since the McNay staff divides students up in manageable groups of 10. This was the first time for some parents and students at the McNay!
Olmos thanks the volunteers for their hard work during the field trip.
