Windcrest Optimist Club honors NEISD students
Windcrest Optimist Club honored several NEISD students at the February Student Recognition Program on Feb. 12.
Club President Herb Strait presented the students with plaques. They were selected for this award based on their conduct, citizenship, scholastic success, and optimistic attitude.
East Terrell Hills Elementary - Mario Sanchez; Montgomery Elementary - Jomya Heath; Walzem Elementary - Iyana Herrera; Windcrest Elementary - Gael Morales; Krueger Middle School - Jaklyn Bohn; White Middle School - Michael T. Luong; and Roosevelt High School - Christian Aguilar.
