wilderness oak teachers build edible village
Teachers at Wilderness Oak Elementary School got together to enjoy a holiday gathering for staff and had fun building an edible village.
In just one hour, teachers - by grade level - created these gingerbread houses Wednesday afternoon as part of their holiday get-together. The largest structure was a two-story log cabin created by the second grade teachers made of pretzel sticks, chex mix for the roof tiles and marshmallow snowmen. One tall tower consisted of M&Ms with an actual flickering flashlight bulb.
