Tuscany Heights Elementary School reached its goal of 3,000 books bought at the campus book fair. Principal Terri Chidgey graciously agreed to reward this accomplishment by donning her protective leather, helmet and gloves, and ride on the back of a Harley Davidson motorcycle on Friday, Oct. 28.
Mrs. Chidgey put on the appropriate gear to emphasize safety. She then began the ride in the front of the school and cruised around the entire campus. The school's mascot, Tusky, was there to help and cheer her on. She was also supported by Assistant Principal Daniel Rafajko. Students looked on, waved and shouted their excitement.
