Tejeda accepting donations for Used Book Sale
Tejeda Middle School is accepting donations of books, DVD's and CD's for the NEISD Council of PTAs Annual Used Book Sale.
The Used Book Sale is April 5-7 at Blossom Athletic Center. For more information, click here.
You can donate to Tejeda through Friday, Mar. 22. The school is accepting hardback and paperback books: children, fiction, non-fiction, history, mystery, romance, and reference (not older than three years), art, cookbooks, poetry, self-help, sports, horror/science fiction, Texas, biography, health/fitness, and religion/inspiration. You can also donate DVD's, CD's and video games if they are in the original case.
The school cannot accept library books, textbooks, encyclopedias, Reader's Digest Condensed books, magazines, pamphlets, Chick-fil-A books, coloring/activity/sticker books, VHS, cassette tapes, board games or puzzles.
Collection boxes will be in the English classroom through Mar. 22.
The class that brings in the most books will receive a pizza party. The teacher who collects the most books will receive $50 worth of school supplies
The proceeds from the Used Book Sale will be given to the English department to help them purchase books and supplies.
