tejeda has fun with math
Great and fun learning going on at Tejeda Middle School. Students collected and explored two-variable data and represented the data in a table and a graph. There was a heavy emphasis on interpreting the data and making predictions from the data. Students considered whether or not the data represented a direct variation relationship. They sketched a trend line for the data, beginning at the origin, and wrote a direct variation equation for the data to predict beyond the collected data.
