Superintendent hosts elementary students for luncheon
Dr. Brian G. Gottardy, Superintendent of Schools, invited students representing 23 elementary schools for a special luncheon at the district office Wednesday, April 16.
Dr. Gottardy asked the students about their schools and what they liked most. Many students talked about how much they enjoy technology and using it in their lessons. Students also shared what they felt made their teachers great.
Student were selected by their principal to attend the luncheon. Dr. Gottardy met with students from half the elementaries in October. He will meet with students from the middle and high schools later in April.
Culinary students from Lee High School catered the luncheon.
Students had lunch with Dr. Brian G. Gottardy to share about their schools.
