Steubing Ranch hosts a kooky karnival

Steubing Ranch Elementary will host its Kooky Karnival on October 15, 2011. This is a free community event to give students and parents an event that encourages family quality time and togetherness. The Karnival will promote an environment filled with fun, laughter and entertainment for all to share.
