Serna hosts children's author Kathy Speck

Serna Elementary will be hosting children's writer Kathy Speck on Nov. 5th.She is the author of Maybelle in the Soup. This book is a Texas Bluebonnet Winner.

Serna third, fourth and fifth graders participate in the Reading Incentive Program which allows them to vote for their favorite book from a choice of twenty.
